Having an adventure up north always includes looking for a great place to eat. Depends on how adventurous one is, sometimes, you have to try to take a hard right hoping to find something interesting. After a great escapade somewhere in Ilocos Norte, we’re bound to Manila when we decided to look for a place to, not just to eat (we are starving after a 4-hour drive, we’re somewhere between Bacnotan and Luna, La Union) but to unwind and enjoy an open field scenery as we find it so relaxing. As we reach Balaoan Municipal Hall, (you will not miss this structure as it is massive compared to every establishment in the area) it is situated on the right side of Manila North Road if you’re Manila bound, we turn left on Balaoan Road, that road is in front of the Municipal Hall.
